Refund policy

1. Overview
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help. Please read the following policy carefully before initiating a return.

2. Return Window
You have 4 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
•    The item must be in its original, unused condition
•    The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached
•    You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
•    The item must not be on the non-returnable items list below


3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
•    Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
•    Intimate or sanitary goods
•    Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
•    Items that have been used, washed, or altered
•    Downloadable or digital products included with physical orders
•    Gift cards
•    Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)


4. Return Shipping Costs
Who covers the cost of return shipping depends on the reason for the return:

Wrong item shipped    We pay (free return label provided)
Change of mind / unwanted item    Customer pays return shipping
Ordered wrong size or colour    Customer pays return shipping


5. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
•    Step 1: Contact our support team within 4 days of receiving your order.
•    Step 2: Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect).
•    Step 3: Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with instructions.
•    Step 4: Pack the item securely and ship it using the method confirmed by our team.

Please do not send items back without first receiving confirmation from our support team, as unannounced returns may not be processed.

6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Please note:
•    Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
•    Partial refunds may be granted for items returned in a condition that differs from how they were received
•    If you paid using store credit, the refund will be returned as store credit


7. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange a faulty item for the same product, please contact us within the 4-day return window. Exchanges for different products are treated as a return and a new purchase.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.
