Important Notes

We ship via Courier Guy exclusively.
No home collection or pick-up is available. All orders must be shipped.
Locker to Locker delivery requires you to collect your parcel from your nearest designated locker point.
Door to Door delivery will be delivered directly to your specified address.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times depend on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery is typically 2–5 business days after dispatch.
Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided so you can monitor your delivery through the Courier Guy's tracking portal.
Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 4 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and tracking details.
